The Contract Audit & Redline Agent ingests business agreements (MSAs, NDAs, PIIAs, and other commercial contracts) and turns each one into a structured, auditable risk record: an executive counsel assessment, a quantified 0 to 100 risk score, clause-level exposure findings, missing protective covenants, and favorable provisions, all tagged by severity and framed against a configurable review context.
The design leans on a context-configured reasoning pipeline rather than running every contract through one flat prompt. The user first sets the audit lens (who they represent, governing jurisdiction, strictness level), a normalization stage segments the contract into clauses and sections, an LLM reasoning layer performs the clause-level risk extraction and narrative assessment, and a separate scoring/severity layer aggregates findings into a consistent, comparable risk score rather than leaving severity to the model's free-text judgment alone.
